Dear valued Patrons of Portland’s very own LIVE theatre company,
I recently wrote to everyone regarding this year’s renewal forms for the coming season. I then emailed everyone to inform them of forthcoming events and shows at the theatre. However, some of these emails haven’t been delivered. I have noticed that some of you may be losing out on emails from us, and e-newsletters informing you about forthcoming events and shows at your very own LIVE theatre.
This might be because you have changed your email address
over the last 12 months, but may have forgotten to tell us. If that’s the case, you may want to let us
have your new email address, so that we can continue to contact you in this
way.
In addition, if you’re receiving emails from us and you don’t
want to, please let us know. We’ll be
happy to remove you from our emailing list.
If you think you may have changed your email address, and
not told us; please feel free to contact us to let us know.
Meanwhile, we have removed all email addresses, which have
failed to work.
I appreciate your assistance, and apologise for any
inconvenience that this may cause.
